Dalam kali ini Bapak Drs.H.Amir Hamzah, M.AP. sebagai Walikota Binjai menerima secara langsung Ibu dr. Hj. Liliana Puspa Sari, S.Pd., M.Kes sebagai Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Olahraga dan Kesehatan Bina Guna dan juga Tim Dosen ikut serta dalam kegiatan ini.
Harapan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dapat terjalinnya kerjasama sekaligus kesepakatan terkait implementasi Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi berbasis Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka.
