Bidang pendidikan harus direvolusi dan berorientasi pada pembelajaran yang lebih modern. Demikian disampaikan oleh Bapak Alan Alfiansyah Putra Karo-aro, S.Pd., M.Pd sebagai narasumber dalam Webinar Nasional Kampus Merdeka-Merdeka Belajar yang digelar Universitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang melalui Zoom Video Conference pada Kamis (03/102/2022) dan diikuti peserta tak kurang dari 95 Mahasiswa UNWAHAS.
Bapak Alan Alfiansyah Putra Karo-aro, S.Pd., M.Pd mengatakan, Dosen harus mampu berinovasi untuk menyediakan media yang bisa berupa sebuah apliasi dan website untuk keberlangsungan perkuliaan dimasa pandemi covid-19 ini agar ketercapaian pembelajaran dan berdasarkan riset World Economic Forum (WEF) 2020, terdapat 10 kemampuan utama yang paling dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0, yaitu bisa memecahkan masalah yang komplek, berpikir kritis, kreatif, kemampuan memanajemen manusia, bisa berkoordinasi dengan orang lain, kecerdasan emosional, kemampuan menilai dan mengambil keputusan, berorientasi mengedepankan pelayanan, kemampuan negosiasi, serta fleksibilitas kognitif. 10 Kemampuan ini juga relevan dalam menghadapi Society 5.0.
